Bareunsem Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of its users. This is an English translation; if it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Information we collect and how we collect it

The Company's website (bareunsem.net) does not offer user accounts and does not collect personal information from visitors. However, when you email us about a project, we receive the following information.

• Required: your email address and the information contained in your message
• Optional: your name, organization, phone number or other details you choose to include in your message
• Method: you send it directly to the Company's email address (ntjoe@bareunsem.net)

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and send proposals
• To discuss and communicate with you before entering into a contract

3. Retention period

We keep your information for one year after your inquiry is resolved and then destroy it without delay. If we enter into a contract with you, we keep it for the duration of the contractual relationship and for any period required by applicable law. Where the law requires retention, we keep it for that period.

4. Disclosure to third parties

The Company does not disclose your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or where an investigative authority requests it in accordance with legally prescribed procedures.

5. Outsourcing and international transfer

The Company does not outsource the processing of personal information. Emails may be stored on the servers of the email service provider the Company uses.

This website uses Google Fonts (Google LLC) to display typefaces. When you open a page, your browser connects to Google's servers, and connection information such as your IP address may be sent to Google in the process. The Company does not collect or store this information.

6. Cookies and automatic collection

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools.

7. Destruction procedure and method

When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been achieved, we destroy the personal information without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Email the Privacy Officer below and we will act on your request without delay.

9. Security measures

• Access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of people necessary
• Access control and password management for email accounts
• HTTPS encryption for the website

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will announce it on this website at least seven days before the change takes effect.
